MHS Parent Advisory: Come and Join Us!

With the start of the new year comes a new year of Messalonskee High School Parent-Advisory meetings.  Over the last three years these meetings have been instrumental in not only helping the administration and staff at MHS understand the needs and concerns of parents, but also for us to elicit feedback and support on all we have done over that time.  Thank you to the many parents who have come and participated in these evening discussions.

First meeting of 2015-16 school year is TONIGHT!  5:30 in the Messalonskee high school library.

Who should attend?  Everyone!  We welcome parents of any student in RSU18 and really anyone interested in helping and learning more about what we do at MHS.

When do we meet?  The second Tuesday of the month, from 5:30 – 6:30 in the MHS Library.

Our agenda follows the same pattern for each meeting.

1 – Introductions

2 – Questions answered from our last meeting.

3 – Presentation of topics/upcoming events at MHS by administration.

4 – Questions and Feedback (with some questions being revisited at the next meeting)

5 – Adjourn

These meetings are open to EVERYONE and we do hope you will consider attending!

Note: this Friday Night (7:00) is our opening Football Game vs. the Cony Rams.  Come on out and enjoy both the game and some community time together to cheer on our Eagles!  For athletic information do check out our team’s calendars on the school’s website.
