October & November Students of the Month

Thank goodness for student input!…  I manage this blog and generally do a decent job of keeping up to speed with the happenings at MHS.  Earlier this week a student alerted me to the fact that I’d neglected to post both the October and November Students of the Month.  Thank goodness she let me know, as both had been left in “drafts” waiting for pictures to be uploaded.  Thank you to Brittany for setting me straight!

There are so many amazing students at MHS that the Student of the Month (SOM) awards, where we recognize one student from each of the four classes, have come to symbolize much of what is great about Messalonskee.

November SOM

Our November Students of the Month:  Chelsea Robbins (Senior), Sawyer Michaud (Junior), Breana Megivern (Freshmen), and Annie Dobos (Sophomore)

Our October Students of the Month:  Josh Boucher (Senior), Chase Borssen (Sophomore), Lily Webb (Junior), Billy Bean (Freshmen)

More pictures from the October 31st SOM Assembly which included a presentation to Laura Benedict from the Red Barn for their tremendous generosity on behalf of our students.

Congratulations to each of you. So proud of each of you. Outstanding young people that I so enjoy following during their high school “career”.
