MHS Code of Cooperation (2013)

Voting for the revised 2013-14 MHS Code of Cooperation ends this week!  Cast your vote at:

In the Fall of 2011 MHS students and faculty created our first EAGLE CODE (below).  Our students and staff embraced the process by each taking part in giving feedback followed by a school wide vote.  The code was up around our school and utilized in activities and classes.

The Eagle Code is especially important, as it is a core set of values/beliefs that we as a school community strive to live by.  Additionally, because it has been done in a collaborative manner – lead by students, it’s another example of how student voice and responsibility is celebrated in our school.

This year we decided to do a revision to our School’s Code of Cooperation.  We followed a similar process as in the past by getting feedback from all Home Room groups and giving it to a smaller work-group of students (1 / HR) and a few teachers who helped ultimately design two options for our revised MHS Eagle Code of Cooperation.  Below are the two options:
